Los domingos, hablamos sobre el español para viajeros.
Hoy empezamos una serie que consiste en 4 partes / 4 domingos.

Throughout this entire year we have toured the Spanish-speaking world on Sundays, starting in Spain and exploring 20 different Spanish-speaking countries, including their major cities, tourist sites, history, food, culture, music and more.
Then we met Jeff and Susie and followed them on their travels through Guatemala and Costa Rica.
That series just concluded last Sunday when they got back home.
So now what?
As we near the end of 365 days of Spanish Posts, how about if we spend our 4 remaining Sundays to learn key vocabulary for various parts of travel: Airport, hotels, ground transportation and food?

Facturación, aunque también decimos “check-in” (baggage check-through)

azafata o auxiliar de vuelo – flight attendant

abrocharse el cinturón de seguridad – fasten your seatbelt
chaleco salvavidas – life vest
despegar – to take off
el despegue – take off
aterrizar – to land
el aterrizaje – the landing
comprobante de equipaje – baggage claim
