Review Post: Yesterday, el 5 de julio (lista de 40 verbos)

We have really been working on verbs lately and yesterday we had a list of 40.
Today, here are some tips and a little quiz to help you continue to learn verb vocabulary.
Tips:
1. Learn opposites
comprar / vender – buy / sell
mandar / recibir – send / receive
2. Look for cognates … and false cognates!
estudiar – to study
necesitar – to need
preparar – to prepare
usar – to use
! asistir – to attend, NOT to assist !
3. Try to make connections
bailar / cantar – dance / sing
tomar / comer / beber – ingest / eat / drink
